If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself, you are not alone. Healing is possible—and it doesn’t have to be done alone.
I offer a warm, safe and compassionate space where we can gently explore what’s been holding you back. Using somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based therapy, I will support you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, build emotional resilience and lasting emotional balance—at your own pace, with deep care and understanding.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
Each session is a safe, supportive space tailored to your unique needs. Rather than focusing only on thoughts and behaviors, we go deeper—working with the body, the nervous system, and the deeper patterns that shape your experiences.
Here’s how we integrate somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based healing into your sessions:
Somatic Therapy – Your body holds your experiences, and healing happens when we listen to it. Through gentle, guided awareness, we explore sensations, emotions, and patterns stored in your nervous system—helping you release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe.
Polyvagal Theory in Practice – Your nervous system constantly scans for safety. If you've been stuck in anxiety, panic, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm, we work on regulating your nervous system in real-time. I help you identify the states of your nervous system (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and introduce practical techniques to shift toward a sense of safety, connection, and ease.
Attachment-Based Healing – The way we relate to ourselves and others is shaped by our earliest experiences. If you struggle with trust, emotional closeness, or feeling worthy of connection, we gently explore these patterns without retraumatisation. Through a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship, we rebuild a foundation of self-trust, emotional security, and deeper connections.
Gentle Nervous System Rewiring – Chronic stress and trauma can create automatic responses in the body. Together, we practice small, manageable shifts that train your nervous system to move out of survival mode and into a space where you can feel more present, calm, and connected.
My approach is not about pushing through pain or revisiting trauma in ways that feel overwhelming. Healing happens in small, supportive steps—always at your pace, with care and respect for your body’s wisdom. My approach is deeply compassionate, supportive and effective.

I’m Cécile, a holistic Counsellor integrating somatic therapies, specialising in long-term stress, chronic anxiety, C-PTSD, and nervous system regulation.

When stress becomes long-term, it can feel like you’re caught in an endless loop—trapped in overwhelm, exhaustion, or emotional numbness. But healing is possible. Your nervous system is designed to adapt and find balance, given the right support.
That’s where my work comes in. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and deeply attuned to your individual needs. Using a blend of polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, and attachment-based therapy, I support clients move from survival mode into a greater sense of ease, safety, and connection—both within themselves and in their relationships.
I know how daunting it can feel to begin this journey, especially if you've carried these struggles for a long time. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. With the right support, your nervous system can heal, and you can rediscover a sense of inner calm, strength, and resilience.
My approach and experience are body-based and grounded in science-backed modalities. I bring a wealth of personal life experiences, years of experience working with clients in various modalities along the years shaping my deep understanding of the connection between physical and emotional health.
